The body of a woman, a Filipina named Melita Jo, was found on the morning of Tuesday 30 September 2008 in the churchyard of St Mary's Church in the village in Walthamstow. She had been sleeping rough in the graveyard. It is now known, following a post-mortem, that she had been murdered.

It's very sad.
There was a young woman sleeping in the doorway of the Oxfam shop on Saturday morning who gave passersby some concern, but she eventually sat up - she had been drinking and spent the night huddling among some clothes that had been left there as donations.
Maybe Jack the Ripper comes again , oops kidding ^^"
i also read the news before it said that there was the teen girl has been murdered , and the worse off is her entire body parts were cut and separated off. And it took place when she was in the party at night. -*-
World has sucked and there are many loophols in the law system...it's quite harder to chase the murderer in your article.
But i postulate that ........
- the murderer lives near the church
or the murderer is the person who's working in the church
-the murderer may have some conflicts or problems with the dead
hahahah i want to be CSI now hahaha
But as i think , it has more percentage of tendency that the murderer is the person who is 'in' the church or invloved to the church. Because if there is another outsider person killed that woman.... he/she is as the Satan-born who is not even ashamed in his/her action...lacks of moral and conscience so much , because that murderer could even kill people in front of the church ,in front of Jesus !
The loss of a young life is always tragic.

What a sad end to a life. The piece in the paper is very brief, but gives enough information for the imagination to start filling the gaps. Let's hope she is identified and the person responsible for her death is brought to account.
