At No 3 Coppermill Lane, between Amazing Nails and Savas Hairdressers is a newsagent that provides the good people in the surrounding streets with news and magazines. Its grey awning, with its tasteful and repetitive Daily Mail logos would possibly lead one to expect that Satya Sai Newsagents would leave it at that, but unlike the Post Office they also sell a wide selection of jazz mags (Asian Babes is a top shelf title that catches my eye, as of course, it is designed to do)and booze, to go with the fags, toilet tissue, sweets, snacks and 'ambient' goods. They also top up Oyster cards, which gives them an edge over the nearby Costcutter at the zebra crossing at the corner of St James's Street.
