At 161 High Street is a shop which often had some rather drab parkas hanging over the door. At the door itself were racks of further such coats, on offer for £5 and £10.

There was a large range of coats inside, ranging to quite large sizes. There were also large numbers of jeans, most of which had rather tasteless embroidery. The roof, rather like at 1st Choice, had a number of over-priced baseball hats with a variety of logos on them at £10 each. There are also hoodies, some of which had zips on them which would facilitate the wearer using the garment to disguise their identity for nefarious reasons. These retailed at £25. On the whole they appeared cheap and tawdry.

Fashion World could be found between Discount Decore and Cavern Records. Now they seem to have gone out of business, the premices being used to store the wares of shoe seller who is off-loading his goods on a stall in the street in front.
