The Fabric Store

On the opposite side of the High Street from Hussain's Fabrics is the slightly smaller Fabric Store, next door to Quicksilver.

The Fabric Store's materials seem to my inexpert eyes to be slightly less garish and colourful than those in Hussain's Fabrics. Still, any marginal restraint is relative only - they shop is colourful and interesting, with many bails of fabric for from as a little as one pound per meter. The also sell false fur by the meter. Not to be confused with P.C.E. Fabric Store or the New Fabric Shop.
