The sign above this shop, which was next door to the Cock, looked a bit like a DIY cock-up in itself, so I couldn't guarantee that the advertised neon phone number - 0208 520 8999 was the number of this shop or that of the previous business.
DIY London was a relatively new business, but it was there for over a year but still never got round to improving the frontage above its door. It sold tools, hardware, electrical supplies and hardware and they cut keys in the store. I don't think the trade ever picked up for them, though they tried to respond to the recession with a sale. They have now closed and been replaced by 4 Seasons.
